Arkaim was not only the observatory but also, as well as probably other towns of "country of towns" of the South Ural, it was the cultural and educational center of craftmanship. It is easy to assume that rumour about such strange place (which indeed was strange for those times) spread the area quickly. It is proven that around there were villages less developed in technology. For sure many inhabitants of those villages could wish to learn "wonders" of Arkaim.
