legends of universe

A series of "Legends of Universe" is created on the basis of books «Cosmic legends of the East» and «Secret doctrine» by E.P. Blavatskaya. The idea came up in 1997, when for the first time I read those books. In stanza of «Dzian Book» a line «...Seven inside, seven outside - a shining Egg tertiary in itself… » has caused an instant art association. There was a sensation of pulsation of an initial energy that is ready for separation of spirit from a matter; and image of "shining Egg", already comprising simultaneously the supreme Trinity and material Quarter inside and in a condition of "Embryo" and «…outside… ».The moment of the greatest tension and power where time has no value, but continues its movement from within to the outer space.

On the basis of these impressions, the first artwork from the series was created, «Seven inside, seven outside … », followed by the other artworks.
