Legends of supreme world

This painting is about how being a mother means accepting the feat of constantly carrying the cup of fire. The bowl of fire is an ancient symbol of a caring heart and feat in general. It is the voluntary acceptance of a constant awareness of responsibility. “Standing on duty” around the clock for their own, and sometimes other people’s, children.
The color combination symbolizes the main qualities and necessary skills of a burning mother’s heart: love, harmony, the ability to educate and heal, both physical and spiritual, as well as the ability to harmoniously interact in society in order to provide a comfortable living environment for the offspring.
The position of the cup near the ear symbolizes the development of sensitivity. The position of the cup in the palm symbolizes the place of embryo maturation and the relationship between mother and child. The position of the right palm near the throat, as if closing the throat chakra - Vishuddha, speaks of the control of this chakra, necessary for the harmonious development of the offspring. In general, the position of the hands symbolizes: LISTENING MORE THAN SPEAKING. The proportions of the face express the constant tension of the heart's fire. Passing through all the life's hardships of the children, the mother turns the fire into a calm force that burns away the darkness in their path.
The dark color of skin symbolizes my respect for Africa as the Mother of humanity. In many of my paintings, I stylize cosmic images for certain nationalities in order to show their value to the world. While drawing this picture, I thought about North Africa and the nomadic tribes inhabiting the Sahara. The patterns are inspired by vibrant African fabrics.
